Got a free book today from from the author of BIG BIM little bim, Finith Jernigan you can look at it here. I especially like the page with the frame in the lower left corner marked March 1992 and labeled Finith finds the tools for BIG BIM. This guy is a hero to me and is breaking a lot of very important ground. There are others, but that's for another time.
