Here's one, try Seth's Blog, I read (listen to) his book on tribes. Great stuff. People in marketing may be aware of the concept of tribes I wasn't. The concept of tribes, or what ever you'd might call them has something to do with every thing in life. Life and work are a bit frustrating right now because we are expected to fall in line.
